Delivery:

My Store Watch or its agent will deliver your product order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability.

Replacement / Exchange Policy:

My Store Watch has 3 days replacement warranty for all our products so you can be sure that the product you have purchased online has no manufacturing fault or defects. If any issue is reported within 3 days via email at support@mystorewatch.com  then your product shall be replaced right away.

All Physical faults are to be inspected at the time of purchase and they are the ones which can be visible but claims for scratches, dents shall not be entertained in our 3 Days replacement policy and only the issues that can not be spotted are to be covered. 

You are requested to check your product before you use it and return your item in proper packaging material as we sold you. If it is a watch so it should have warping material on its chain otherwise no exchange will be acceptable.
